Jobling
James Augustus Jobling bought the business of Greener and Co, after it had run into debt.
It became a limited company in 1921. In 1922, it was the first English firm
to make Pyrex, under licence fron Corning Glass Works, New York. Jobling used a new
trade mark, that of the Jobling family.
